* Six Years Work Experience at the Ministry of Health (1998 - 2004)

1. Presently working as a dietitian and clinical dietitians practicum trainer and hospital lecturer in The Ministry of Health in Kuwait at the Administration of Food and Nutrition in different hospitals fields in Kuwait.
2. Work as a Training Coordinator in summer time and for practicum courses for student from Kuwait University and College of Allied Health.
3. Provide lectures at Food and Nutrition Administration (weekly/monthly lectures) as scheduled.
4. Participate annually in Basic Nutrition and Clinical Nutrition (a one year Therapeutic Nutrition Training Course) as a lecturer.
5. Community Activities: Involved in multiple types of school and society based seminars, nutrition classes and public speeches.
6. Nominated by my head administrator to participated in abroad specialized meetings related to Nutrition Field (Spain, Japan, Italy)
7. Participated in carnivals, exhibitions, national celebration that related to nutrition field.
8. Member of the Nutrition Bulletin (published by The Food and Nutrition Administration (1998-2004)
9. Participated in live nutrition lectures in Kuwait Radio-TV. Also, in newspapers by writing articles about nutrition. So, working with media has given me the courage on how to speech, stand in front of camera or behind the microphone.
10. Participated in many sports nutrition related fields courses.
11. One of the authors of Diet for Athletes book, by Administration of Food and Nutrition in Kuwait.

13. Completed the Certification Course in Food Protection from Ohio Department of Health in 1997.
